Formally established by Stewart Tyler in 1979 in Borehamwood, just north of London, PROAC is THE quintessential British loudspeaker. PROAC is still a family-run business to this day. Stewart believed that the joy and emotion that music brings is more important than designing speakers purely based on measurements and we could not agree more.
