Pylon Diamond Monitor 18

The Diamond Monitor 18 is a 2-way design based on the 19mm Scan Speak textile dome tweeter, characterized by spatial sound. The bottom-end is reproduced by the famous 18cm Norwegian Seas driver.

The loudspeaker enclosures are made with the same technology as their larger brothers, Diamond 28 and 25.

The design of the speaker has a slight tilt, not only for striking visual effect but also to optimise the phase dependencies between the speakers.

The speakers are recommended for rooms between 12 - 25 m2.

We have a seven (7) day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return where such goods are defective or unused/unopened.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Courier charged for unopened items that are returned will be for the your account.

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not
• You will be entitled to indicate whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund.
• Should you elect to select a full refund, such refund will be made to you within 30 days of the date of acceptance of refund.
• We will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or ask you to return the item to our current location, dependent on your original order’s shipping method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
