SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Free shipping in South Africa via our trusted delivery partners
We have a seven (7) day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return where such goods are defective or unused/unopened.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Pre-order goods
- Pre-owned goods
- Goods previously used for demonstration purposes and which have been marked as such
- Goods which have incurred physical damage
- Sale items or gift cards.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Courier charged for unopened items that are returned will be for the your account.

Items accepted for return- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not
- You will be entitled to indicate whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund.
- Should you elect to select a full refund, such refund will be made to you within 30 days of the date of acceptance of refund.
- We will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or ask you to return the item to our current location, dependent on your original order’s shipping method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
LEAD TIME
In order to provide you with the best possible prices, all items might not be in stock. Some of Stereo-Direct's products are imported on pre-order. Please allow approximately 3-6 weeks for delivery of items not in stock.
Once you have purchased your order online, you will receive an email within a few days, notifying you of your order's estimated delivery date. Do not hestitate to contact us if you have any questions.
