On the rear you get a set of Analogue outputs, USB input for all your digital music files, line in and line out, Optical In and Optical Out plus a Coaxial input Sub output and Ethernet Port, Bluetooth 5.1 is also included. There is also the bonus of an added HDMI arc output so you can connect it up to your TV to enjoy the sounds from your favourite shows or music videos. The streaming module inside is the same as a Pro Plus streamer but with an upgraded ESS Sabre Dac. The Amplifier module outputs a healthy 60w into 8ohm and 120w into 4ohm insuring that it can drive most speakers to decent volume levels. The unit is also Roon certified and supports all the same streaming platforms as the other Wiim units available. Other features include a voice controlled Bluetooth remote control, Chromecast, Eq and Parametric Eq that can also be set and saved for different inputs. Airplay 2, Tidal and Spotify connect. All this is controlled via the Wiim App.

We have a seven (7) day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return where such goods are defective or unused/unopened.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Pre-order goods
- Pre-owned goods
- Goods previously used for demonstration purposes and which have been marked as such
- Goods which have incurred physical damage
- Sale items or gift cards.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Courier charged for unopened items that are returned will be for the your account.

Items accepted for return- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not
- You will be entitled to indicate whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund.
- Should you elect to select a full refund, such refund will be made to you within 30 days of the date of acceptance of refund.
- We will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or ask you to return the item to our current location, dependent on your original order’s shipping method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
LEAD TIME
In order to provide you with the best possible prices, all items might not be in stock. Some of Stereo-Direct's products are imported on pre-order. Please allow approximately 3-6 weeks for delivery of items not in stock.
